The risk

Trading futures, including Nasdaq futures (NQ and MNQ), involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage means a small price move can cause a large loss, and you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Most people who try to trade lose money.

No promise of results

Past performance, ours or any member's, does not predict future results. We do not promise that you will make money, pass a prop firm evaluation or receive a payout. Where we show a trade, it shows what happened in that example and nothing more.

Examples and hypothetical performance

Charts on our website and in the course are historical examples, often redrawn from Ryland's mark-up on past price data. Unless we say otherwise, they are not trades placed in a live account. The following statement applies to them:

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Live sessions and accounts

When Ryland trades live, he is talking through his own decisions on his own account. The account on screen may be a live, evaluation or simulated account. A session is not a recommendation for you to take the same trade.

Prop firms

Prop firm evaluations and funded accounts are run by outside companies with their own rules, fees and payout terms, which can change. Most evaluation accounts do not pass. Read each firm's rules yourself before you buy.

Paid relationships

We earn a commission when someone uses some of our prop firm codes or links, and we say so where we share them. People in our affiliate and creator program earn a commission when someone joins through their link. Some people who review or recommend us are affiliates.
