Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Time · Price · Narrative · Execution ("TPNE", formerly Small Money Concepts) is operated by Ryland Vogel as a sole proprietorship based in the State of Utah, United States. "We" and "us" mean that business. You can reach us at contact@time-price-narrative-execution.com.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It covers our website at time-price-narrative-execution.com (and the older addresses that forward to it), our course website, our Discord community and our products.

2. What we collect

• Identity and contact details. Your name, email address, Whop username, Discord username and user ID, and the TradingView username you give us for the indicator.
• Purchase information. Which products you bought, when, at what price, any promo code used, and your subscription status. This comes to us from Whop.
• Course activity. When you sign in to the course website: the lessons you open, your practice answers and scores, and your progress, saved so you can pick up where you left off.
• Referral information. If you arrive through a creator's link or one of our tracking links, which link or creator sent you, so they can be credited.
• Things you send us. Answers on our call request form, support tickets, direct messages, charts and screenshots you send in, and anything else you choose to share.
• Community activity. Messages and posts you make in the Discord, which we and other members of that channel can see, and anything you say in a recorded class.
• Basic technical information. Standard data created when you visit our websites, such as IP address, approximate location, browser type and pages viewed, kept by our website host.

We never see or store your full payment card number. Whop and its payment processors collect and process card details. We receive only confirmation of payment and, at most, the card type and last four digits.

3. Why we use it

• To give you the access you paid for, including Discord roles, the indicator and the course.
• To save your course progress.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To credit and pay the creator or affiliate who referred you.
• To send you information about your purchase, your subscription and changes to the program.
• To send you updates and offers about TPNE, only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve the program and understand which material is useful.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers that run parts of the business for us: Whop (payments, accounts and access), Discord (community), TradingView (indicator access), Google (forms, documents and email), Netlify (website hosting) and GitHub (website code, which holds no member data). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.
• Creators and affiliates see commission reporting from Whop showing that a sale came through their link. They do not get your contact details from us.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights, our members or the public.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have an account or an active purchase, and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Course progress for members who have left may be deleted after a period we set; we will update this policy when that period is decided.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can ask what personal information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• You can ask us to delete your information, except records we are required to keep. Deleting it usually means ending your access.
• You can opt out of marketing messages at any time with the unsubscribe link, where one is provided, or by emailing us.

To make a request, email contact@time-price-narrative-execution.com. We will reply within a reasonable time and may need to confirm who you are first. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will honor them where they apply.

7. Cookies, browser storage and analytics

Our website uses only what it needs to work. For example, it remembers during your visit which creator link or tracking link you arrived from, so the right person is credited, and once the course website launches, it will keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on our own website. Whop, Discord, TikTok, Google and other sites we link to set their own cookies once you are on them. Because our website does no cross-site tracking, it does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established providers for payments, accounts and community hosting. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

We operate from the United States. If you use our services from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from the law where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and post the new version here. We will announce material changes in the Discord.
