1. About these terms

Time · Price · Narrative · Execution ("TPNE", formerly Small Money Concepts) is operated by Ryland Vogel as a sole proprietorship based in the State of Utah, United States. In these documents, "we", "us" and "TPNE" mean that business, and "you" means anyone who uses our website at time-price-narrative-execution.com, our course website, our Discord community, our indicator, or any free or paid product. You can reach us at contact@time-price-narrative-execution.com or by opening a ticket in the Discord.

These Terms of Service apply when you visit the website, claim the free plan, join the Discord, buy a product, or otherwise use our services. If you do not agree to them, do not use the services. Our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement and Risk Disclaimer are part of these terms.

2. What TPNE is, and what it is not

This is trading education. It is not financial advice.

Nothing we publish, teach, post or say in a lesson, a live trading session, a class, a recording, a chat message, a direct message, or through an indicator is personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any futures contract or security, or a solicitation. We do not provide trade signals to copy. Ryland Vogel is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. Every trading decision you make is your own, made with your own money, at your own risk. If you want advice about your own financial situation, talk to a licensed professional.

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, ours or anyone else's, does not predict future results. Most people who try to trade lose money. We do not promise that you will make money, pass a prop firm evaluation, or get a payout.

3. Your own risk

You are responsible for your own risk management. We cannot stop anyone from over-leveraging, ignoring a stop loss, or trading money they cannot afford to lose, and we are not responsible for losses that result. Practice charts, demo accounts and evaluation accounts are practice. A result there says nothing certain about how you will do with real money.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to claim any plan, buy any product or join the community. By using the services you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are allowed to use them where you live.

5. What we offer

The current products and prices are shown on our Whop store and on the product page at the time you buy. That description is part of what you buy. Today the products are:

• Starter (free). The free side of the Discord and our indicator on TradingView. No payment card is needed.
• Course. The course lessons as they are released, with practice on real NQ charts and your progress saved to your account, plus the Course channel in the Discord and the indicator. The new course is being released in stages: lessons are added as they are written, so the course is not complete on the day you join. It does not include personal review or the live sessions.
• Course + Live Trading. Everything in Course, plus live trading sessions where Ryland trades and talks through his own decisions, with live text chat. You can watch and use the live text chat. Live trading sessions are not recorded and posted for later.
• Mentorship. Everything in Course + Live Trading, plus the Mentorship group chat, direct messages with Ryland, live classes, the ability to send in your charts and speak in the live room, and class recordings. Mentorship does not include one-on-one coaching calls. You can join directly, or book a short intro call with us first to ask questions.

We may add to, change or retire lessons, sessions, channels and features over time. When we change something that is part of a plan you are paying for, we will announce it in the Discord.

6. Purchases, billing and renewal

• Paid products are sold and processed through Whop, and Whop's own terms also apply. We never see or store your full card number.
• Monthly plans renew automatically every month, and yearly plans every year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in your Whop account: open your membership in Whop and choose Cancel. Leaving the Discord does not cancel your membership or stop billing. Cancelling stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate or refund a partial period.
• Before a yearly plan renews, we will remind you at least 30 days ahead.
• Promo codes work only as described at checkout. A code given to one person is personal and cannot be transferred or sold. Codes cannot be combined unless checkout shows them combined.
• We may change our prices. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. Where you keep your price (section 7 and the next point), it does not change while your subscription stays active. Otherwise we will give notice before a new price applies to an existing subscription.
• Members who joined on older plans keep the plans and prices they are on for as long as those subscriptions stay active.

7. The Mentorship price

The monthly Mentorship price for new members starts at $300 and goes up $50 for every 10 new Mentorship sign-ups since November 4, 2026. People who later cancel still count, so a cancellation never lowers the price. The member count on our website is our current Lifetime members plus our current paying Mentorship members. Both numbers come from our own records and are updated about once a day. When you join, you keep the price you joined at for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and join again later, you join at the price shown at that time. The price for new members never goes back down.

8. Refunds

All sales are final once digital access has been delivered. The Return and Refund Policy is the full statement, including the narrow situations where we will make things right.

9. Lifetime members

We no longer sell lifetime access. Existing Lifetime members keep the access described in the terms they joined under, including our terms dated October 6, 2026. We may add people to Lifetime by invitation only.

Members who earned the three-month Mentorship benefit under our terms dated October 6, 2026 (after three monthly Mentorship payments, course and live access for twelve months from the third payment) keep that benefit.

10. Your account and the course website

Paid access is tied to the Whop account you paid with. Discord roles, the indicator and course access follow the plan on that account. Your access is personal to you, and you are responsible for everything done under your account.

11. Live sessions, classes, messages and schedule

We publish a schedule for live trading and classes in the Discord and make a good faith effort to keep it. Sessions can move or be missed, some sessions end without a trade, and Ryland does not answer every question while he is trading. For Mentorship, we aim to reply to direct messages within a day. A missed, shortened or rescheduled session, a day with no trade, or a slower reply is not grounds for a refund.

12. Recordings

Mentorship classes may be recorded and shared with members. We say at the start of a class when it is being recorded. If you speak or post during a class, that may appear in a recording that members can see. We will not use your name, face or voice in public marketing without your permission. If you appear in a class clip we want to share publicly, we will ask you first or remove you from it.

13. Your conduct

While using the services you agree not to:

• share, resell, stream, record or redistribute any paid material, or let anyone else use your account;
• harass, threaten or abuse any member or staff;
• sell or promote other paid programs, signal groups or services to members without our written permission;
• give personalized financial advice to other members, or claim to speak for TPNE;
• post another person's private information;
• post fake results, or someone else's results as your own;
• use the services for anything unlawful.

14. Creators and affiliates

If you promote us through our affiliate or creator program, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, must not promise anyone that they will make money, must not post fake or borrowed results, and must not run paid ads on our name without our written permission. Commission rates and payouts are handled through Whop and may change with notice. Breaking these rules ends your participation.

15. Prop firm codes and outside links

We may share discount codes or links for prop firms and other outside services. When we earn a commission from a code or link, we say so. We do not control those companies, their rules, their prices or their payouts, and we are not responsible for what they do.

16. Intellectual property

All course material, lessons, practice charts, videos, recordings, written material, checklists, indicators, scripts and graphics are ours and are licensed to you, not sold. The End User License Agreement sets out what you may and may not do with them.

17. Third-party platforms

We deliver the services using platforms we do not control, including Whop, Discord, TradingView, Netlify, Google and any broker or prop firm you choose to use. We are not responsible for their availability, prices, policies or any action they take on your account with them. If a platform suspends you, we will make a reasonable effort to give you access to our material another way, but no refund is owed.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these terms, the End User License Agreement or the community rules, especially if you share or redistribute paid material. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the access tied to that payment ends. You may stop using the services at any time by cancelling.

19. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any information will be complete or accurate.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services, even if we were told they were possible. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some places do not allow these exclusions or limits; where that is the case, they apply as far as the law allows.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryland Vogel and TPNE from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the services, your trading, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.

22. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Please contact us first; most problems are solved faster that way. Any dispute about these terms or the services that we cannot resolve informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in the State of Utah (hearings may be held by phone or video), rather than in court, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we each give up any right to a jury trial and any right to bring or take part in a class, collective or representative action. Nothing in this section limits a right you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

23. Changes to these terms

These terms replace our terms dated October 6, 2026. We may update them. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top and post the new version here. We will announce material changes in the Discord, and for paying members a material change takes effect no sooner than 30 days after we announce it. A change does not apply to a dispute that started before it. If you keep using the services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

24. The rest

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the policies they link to and the product page you bought from, are the whole agreement between us about the services. Sections that by their nature should last after your access ends (including 15 to 22) keep applying.
