End User License Agreement

Effective November 4, 2026

1. This agreement

Time · Price · Narrative · Execution ("TPNE", formerly Small Money Concepts) is operated by Ryland Vogel as a sole proprietorship based in the State of Utah, United States. "We" and "us" mean that business. You can reach us at contact@time-price-narrative-execution.com.

This End User License Agreement covers everything we make and give you access to. By accessing any of it, you accept this agreement. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

2. What is covered

"Licensed Material" means all of the following, in any format:

• the course, its lessons and the course website, including practice charts, questions and grading;
• videos, class recordings, and any recording or clip of a live trading session;
• written material, including checklists, rules, guides and slides;
• market analysis, levels, chart screenshots and trade breakdowns;
• indicators and scripts we publish or share, including on TradingView;
• anything else we make available to members through the course website, the Discord or the program.

3. Your license

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Material for your own education and your own trading, for as long as your access is active and you follow this agreement. Free material, such as the free side of the Discord and the indicator, is licensed on the same terms.

The Licensed Material is licensed to you, not sold to you.

4. What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent, sublicense, give away or otherwise transfer the Licensed Material or your account to anyone else.
• Let another person use your account, including a friend, family member or trading partner.
• Record, screen capture, re-upload, stream or rebroadcast any lesson, class, recording, live session or video.
• Scrape, copy or export the course website's lessons, practice charts or questions.
• Post the Licensed Material on any website, cloud drive, forum, group chat, torrent or social platform.
• Copy or reword the Licensed Material to build, teach or sell a competing course, mentorship, signal service or indicator.
• Remove, hide or change any watermark, credit or copyright notice.
• Decompile, reverse engineer or try to get the source of any protected indicator or script.

5. Ownership

We keep all rights, title and interest in the Licensed Material, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of anything to you. The names Time · Price · Narrative · Execution, TPNE and Small Money Concepts, our logos and our branding are ours.

You keep ownership of what you create yourself, including your own notes, charts and trade journal, even when they apply what you learned from us.

6. Indicators and scripts

Indicators we publish, including on TradingView, may also be covered by that platform's terms, and access to them is granted and removed through it. A published indicator with protected source code stays our property. Access to an indicator may be removed if you leave the community or break this agreement.

Indicators are charting tools. They do not give signals to follow, they come with no guarantee of accuracy, and using one carries the same risks described in our Risk Disclaimer.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions about the program, the course website or an indicator, we may use them freely and without any obligation to you. We will not claim ownership of your trading results or your personal content by doing so.

8. Breach and termination

This license ends automatically if you break it. When it ends you must stop using the Licensed Material and delete any copies you have. Ending it for a breach carries no refund, and we keep every legal remedy available to us, including damages and an injunction for unauthorized distribution.

9. No advice, no guarantee

The Licensed Material is education, not financial advice, and no part of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything or a signal to copy. Ryland Vogel is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. 10. Disclaimer and liability

The Licensed Material is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification sections of our Terms of Service apply to this agreement in full.

11. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute is resolved as set out in our Terms of Service.
